Possibility of creating an application that can monitor application
read/write rate [on hold]
Is it possible to see how much applications are taking up in the systems
memory and hard disk upon process. If yes, what programming language can I
use? Is C# a good choice for this kind of operation? The idea is checking
which apps in the system Linux and Windows are most used by the user and
which ones are the heaviest in process.
